Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day has changed over the years.  Not only has the spiritual aspect changed but the family and social side has also changed.  In such a context, it’s important for us focus on the central aspect as a celebration of the gift of our own faith in God.  That gift has shaped our lives and made us who we are.  We have something very precious in that faith.  This weekend, we will do many different things, travel to different places, meet many people, hopefully take a rest to enjoy the spring weather but above all to celebrate our faith in God.  St. Patrick, pray for us.  St. Michael, pray for us.
