O’Sullivan (The Rock, Carrigaline and formerly of Blackrock) On May 17th 2020, suddenly at home, on her 72nd birthday, Patricia (Pattie), beloved mother of David, Caroline and Brian (Quillinan). Sadly missed by her loving family, brothers Michael and John, sister Carol, relatives and friends.

May she rest in peace.
