Died on December 5, 2021

McCarthy (Beaumont, Ballintemple, Cork): On December 5th, 2021, unexpectedly, but peacefully in the exceptional care of Beaumont Residential Care, JOHN adoring husband of the late Helen and beloved grandfather of the late Timothy, loving and devoted father of Kieran, Fergus, Deirdre and Jacinta.

Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters-in-law Attracta and Tina, sons-in-law Bert and Brendan, proud grandchildren Aoife, Eimear, Jillian, Hillary, Cian, Emer, Ciara, Kieran, Adam and Jack, great-grandchildren Caoilinn, Rory and Fionn, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing in the Temple Hill Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd: On Thursday (December 9th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Friday (December 10th) in St. Michael’s Church, Blackrock.

Funeral afterwards to St. Michael’s Cemetery, Blackrock.
