AHERNE (Mayfield and late of Ballinure, Blackrock, Cork): On November 7th, 2020, peacefully, at Brídhaven Nursing Home, JOHN (late of Beamish & Crawford, Ringmahon Rangers and C.C.C. Harriers), dearly loved husband of the late Nuala (née Casey) and loving father of Norma, Noelle, Shirley and John.

Sadly missed by his loving family, brother Timmy, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

A private family funeral will take place, in accordance with current guidelines. We thank you for your co-operation and understanding at this difficult time.
