Died on September 29, 2021
O’KEEFFE (Blackrock, Cork): On September 29th, 2021, peacefully, at Cork University Hospital JACK dearly loved husband of the recently deceased Mary (née Lynch) and much-loved father of John and the late Elaine and loving brother of Joe, Con, Claire, Frances and the late Bridie.

Sadly missed by his loving son, brothers, sisters, daughter-in-law Siobhan, grandsons Ben and Jack, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at the Temple Hill Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd: on Friday (October 1st) from 11.00am to 5.00pm for family and close friends only.

Requiem Mass at 10.00am on Saturday (October 2nd) in St. Michael’s Church, Blackrock (under new government guidelines the capacity of the church is limited to 50%) but the Requiem Mass can be viewed on https://www.stmichaelsblackrock.ie/webcam/ Funeral afterwards to St. Michael’s Cemetery, Blackrock.
