SWEENEY (Blackrock, Cork): On October 3rd, 2024, peacefully, in the tender loving care of the staff at Farranlea Community Nursing Unit, ELLEN (née O’Leary), beloved wife of the late Jack, adored mother of John and Lloyd, her cherished grandchildren Conor, Stephen and Scarlett.

Sadly missed by her loving sons, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; On Tuesday (October 8th) from 4.00pm to 5.00pm

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Wednesday (October 9th) in St. Michael’s Church, Blackrock. Funeral afterwards to St. Michael’s Cemetery, Blackrock.
